My fitness journey and passion began when I switched my major to Exercise Science as a sophomore in college. Once I began to help myself develop and adapt a healthier lifestyle, I began to realize I was inspiring family and friends along the way. I then decided I could help so many more people MOVE their bodies too! My ultimate goal is to simply help my clients become the best version of themselves and empower them to not only recognize their physical strength, but embrace their inner strength as well.

I am currently undergoing my PMA (Pilates Alliance Method) as well as ACE certifications because I am so intrigued by the human body and the amazing things we are capable of doing. We are only given one body and I think we owe it to ourselves to learn to move it in the best ways possible. I love to continuously grow my knowledge everyday.
