We made a pledge the "all or nothing" mentality was not for us and IO Nourish was developed as a result. IO Nourish was designed to provide you with the building blocks to a sustained and healthier lifestyle, NOT leave you confused as hell about the choices you have to make when it comes to your health.

What is IO Nourish?

IO Nourish is a 100% online nutritional support program that provides the jumpstart you need.  Our goal is to teach you to take control of your health, provide balance, and you'll finish having a better understanding of how to maintain a healthier lifestyle.  

IO Nourish is a 28 Day Nutrition program created and facilitated by Iron Orchid Studio and Kelsey Albers, NTC of Ignite. Nourish. Thrive.  It is entirely virtual, taking place between daily emails and an exclusive Facebook group.

IO Nourish provides habit and skill based nutrition guidance so you can start living your fullest life. Working from a whole foods base and basic guidelines, we'll help you create a plan that fits your goals and lifestyle. You'll get the benefit of individualized coaching with the support of a big group. Our coaches will regularly be available in the private Facebook group and host regular Live videos to offer education and support.

IO Nourish is designed for anyone who is ready to jump start their nutrition, either for the first time or as a reboot.  Men and women are welcome.  This program is adaptable for the entire family or for a single person. 

What Happens In 28 Days?

The first seven days are designated as a Prep Week to help you prepare for the next 21 days.  Next, we'll guide you through a 21 Day Jump Start Meal Plan that removes potentially high inflammatory and toxic foods, replacing them with whole, nutrient dense real foods. Because we're focusing on real foods, you don't need to worry about purchasing shakes, supplements, or products.   You'll receive daily emails supporting you through this journey and have access to our coaches in the closed Facebook group.  This group will become your tribe, your community and the accountability you deserve.  Be prepared!  We celebrate wins, share success, and support one another every step of the way.

What Happens After the 28 Days?

How long you stay is up to you!  If you are looking for continued support and accountability, stay along for the ride to help sustain the changes you’ve made.

We're allowing you to continue on a monthly basis and will reward your progress with discounted access.  We'll revisit the foundation of IO Nourish and introduce new topics as we go. 

What Do I Need To Participate?

  1.  A Facebook account
  2. An email address you check daily
  3. 2-3 hours once per week to meal prep
  4. An open and coachable mindset
  5. 5-15 minutes every day to read email and complete related tasks
  6. Additional time to cook, grocery shop, and tell all your friends about how great you’re doing 

My life is too crazy right now! Does that mean I can’t participate?

Will there ever be a perfect time to begin?  Doubtful!  But a busy lifestyle should never preclude you from good nutrition. The difference becomes the level of priority and the time dedicated to planning and prep. You may need to sit down and find a good grocery store on your route, pack a cooler, or make a go-to menu at Chipotle.  But it IS doable.  As long as you are willing to dedicate yourself, commit to your goal, and be coachable, we’ll help you along the way!

IO Nourish will demand time and attention.  In order to succeed, participants must participate daily, make time to make changes,  and fully commit to the program.  If you find the time may not be right for you now, try again next month.  For the foreseeable future, we'll be offering IO Nourish every month.  Join us when you are ready!  

We do suggest you start reflecting NOW on how you are spending your time.  Begin to make small changes that will allow you to dedicate the adequate amount of time to your health goals.  Schedule time for yourself and prioritize your health!  We can't make that decision for you!

  Kelsey is a Nutritional Therapy Consultant (NTC) and Certified Holistic Health Coach. Fueled by her own journey of healing, Kelsey believes that every person deserves the opportunity to live their best life by harnessing the power of real, nutrient dense foods. Kelsey is a nutrition geek, lover of all things barbell, and an accidental farmer.

  Christal is a co-owner of Iron Orchid Studio and Flow Spin Studio, is a Certified Personal Trainer and fitness enthusiast.  She is mesmerized by the body and its capabilities and loves all things kettlebells.  She is passionate about helping others move better, get stronger and appreciating the journey along the way.
