Dress For Success

No special clothing or equipment is necessary to join in one of our classes! We just want you to be comfortable and able to move around unrestrained.  A comfortable top, shorts or lightweight pants are recommended for comfort.  Remember, it's not a fashion show, just come comfortably.  Don't worry about finding a shiny, new pair of sneakers either...  Bare feet WELCOME! Yes, that's right! Many of our clients work out without shoes, and in fact, we encourage it! And of course, don't forget to wear a SMILE!

Fuel Up

Giving your body the energy it needs to get through a workout is incredibly important! Be sure to bring a water bottle with you to class in order to properly hydrate through your workout. Eating a light snack or small meal 30-60 minutes before your workout is also encouraged to make sure that your energy levels are sustained throughout your workout.

Sign Up, Come Early

Reserve your spot in class ahead of time to make sure your spot is saved when you arrive.

We encourage you to try and be here 10 minutes in advance to get yourself signed in and allow yourself time to prep for your workout, including any foam rolling and corrective exercises.

Respect Your Body

Leave your worries, gossip, frustrations, and apprehensions at the door!  You're at Iron Orchid to learn and be your best!  We want you to make each hour count.  Remember that you are not here to punish your body, you are here to EMPOWER it!  Your success is measured through the effort you give in class every day, not a number on the scale.
